Client wanted to add more living space onto their house. Initially the conversation was to do a three-season house, but ultimately they decided to add an addition to the house. The final construction was post-pad construction with no basement, with a vaulted ceiling, with triple sealed Marvin Integrity windows. Also installed an LP gas fireplace. All sheet rock was flat finished.
